• Technical & Session Data: Basic HTTP request headers, IP address (temporarily evaluated for rate limiting and spam protection), and localized country indicators used solely to display relevant regional pricing (USD vs. LKR).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely for genuine business communication and security:

• To evaluate project requirements and reply to your inquiries with scope estimates and proposals.
• To alert our internal team via secure direct notification channels (such as our Telegram alert bot) when you submit an inquiry.
• To prevent automated form abuse, spam, and brute-force attacks via server-side rate limits.

Inquiries and client data are stored in secure Supabase Postgres instances configured with strict Row Level Security (RLS) policies. Only authenticated members of the Zyntax Studio team have access to submitted inquiries. Sensitive API keys and database credentials are held securely on the server side and are never exposed to browser clients.

5. Cookies and Local Preferences

We use lightweight first-party session storage and cookies (such as zyntax_country) exclusively to store your preferred currency toggle (LKR or USD) and eliminate redundant network roundtrips. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
